Northeast Leaders School (NELS) YMCA Club Information Form

Registration for Leaders School is very similar to a rally where YMCA’s will submit paperwork, rosters, and payments together. Filling out the form below will give you access to the registration forms and packet. In addition

  • There is no limit to the number of teens a YMCA can send as long as they meet the criteria outlined in the registration packet.
  • You can add teens later by sending in their paperwork, another club roster and payment.
  • Financial Assistance is available to teens who qualify. Please provide assistance forms to us quickly so we can tell you the outcome before you process a check.
  • June 30th is the registration deadline. All paperwork and payments must be in by this date. After June 30th no substitutions, additions, refunds, etc. are available.
  • Benedict Scholarship – A full scholarship granted to one teen participant. Click here for more details.

Note: Filling out form is not the same as registering your teen leaders for Leaders School! It is how you’ll receive packets and information so your teens can register.

Statement of Support
I confirm that me and my YMCA will support our teen leader’s attendance at Leaders School. We are are prepared to provide registration assistance, financial support if needed, and will communicate with them, their parents, and the School Registrar / Management Team frequently.
