DESCRIPTION:Leaders Prom 2020 \nOne Enchanted Evening \n \n  \nDownload the Prom Packet \n  \n  \nProm portion of the event 6:30 p.m. -10:30 p.m. \n\nDinner will be served @ 7:00pm (Buffet style w/ a vegetarian option)\nGroup photos will be taken\nProm Royalty announced\nAward for best attire\n\nTravel Back to the YMCA: 10:30 p.m. \nWelcome\, Games and Activities:  11:00 p.m. \nDesignated “lights out:”  1:30 a.m. \n\nBed prep and bed set up is separated male/female areas. For sleeping space accommodations please email Prom Register at dawnd@hockymca.org\nInflatable mattresses are encouraged although not required\n\nWake up breakfast and departure \n\nLeaders will be allowed to leave at 7:30am\nIf parents are picking up there they should be no later than 8:00\n\nPlease make sure your teens come prepared! The prom is a semi-formal event; please help your Leaders understand that dressing up is required. Simple dresses\, skirts\, and dress pants are all acceptable\, Jeans are not acceptable. Dress “enchanted” fairy tales\, unicorns\, knights\, etc. \nTransportation to the prom venue will be available from the North Attleboro branch.  If transporting your Leaders in a YMCA vehicle you may drive directly to the Prom location.   If need be\, however\, you may stop at the North Attleboro YMCA to change into prom attire to accommodate those who may have a long drive.
